Yes. Legacy Lifeline Foundation is a registered 501(c)(3) public charity (EIN 99-4972522), and donations are tax-deductible to the extent allowed by law. You'll get a receipt for your records. Email info@legacylifeline.org if you need another copy. We don't give tax advice, so please check with your own advisor about your situation.

These Terms & Conditions ("Terms") govern your access to and use of the website at legacylifeline.org (the "Site") and the services, donation tools, and grant program offered by Legacy Lifeline Foundation ("Legacy Lifeline," "the Foundation," "we," "us," or "our"). By accessing or using the Site, you agree to be bound by these Terms and by our Privacy Policy. If you do not agree, please do not use the Site.
The Site is intended for users who are at least 18 years of age and located in the United States. By using the Site, you represent that you meet these requirements and that any information you provide is accurate and complete.
We grant you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to access and use the Site for lawful, personal, non-commercial purposes. You agree not to:
Donations made through the Site are voluntary and are processed by our third-party providers, Donorbox and Stripe; by donating you also agree to their applicable terms. You represent that you are authorized to use the payment method you provide.
The Foundation provides grants to help eligible individuals cover the cost of mental-health care. All grant decisions are made in the Foundation's sole discretion, based on demonstrated need, program criteria, and the availability of funds. Submitting an application creates no obligation on the Foundation and does not guarantee an award. You agree that all information you provide is truthful and accurate, and you authorize us to verify it as needed.
The Site and the Foundation do not provide medical, psychological, or professional health care, diagnosis, or treatment, and nothing on the Site should be relied upon as such. The Foundation is not a health care provider and does not establish any provider–patient relationship. If you or someone you know is experiencing a mental-health emergency, call or text 988 (the Suicide & Crisis Lifeline) or dial 911 immediately.
The Site and its content — including text, graphics, logos, and the Legacy Lifeline name and marks — are owned by or licensed to the Foundation and are protected by intellectual-property laws. You may not copy, reproduce, distribute, or create derivative works from the Site without our prior written permission.
The Site relies on and may link to third-party services (including Donorbox and Stripe). We do not control and are not responsible for the content, policies, or practices of any third party. Your use of those services is governed by their own terms and privacy policies.
The Site is provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis, without warranties of any kind, whether express or implied, including warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and non-infringement. We do not warrant that the Site will be uninterrupted, secure, or error-free.
To the fullest extent permitted by law, the Foundation and its officers, directors, employees, and volunteers will not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or any loss of data, use, or goodwill, arising out of or related to your use of the Site or the services, even if advised of the possibility of such damages.
You agree to indemnify and hold harmless the Foundation and its officers, directors, employees, and volunteers from any claims, liabilities, damages, and expenses (including reasonable attorneys' fees) arising out of your use of the Site or your violation of these Terms.

These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Utah, without regard to its conflict-of-laws principles. You agree to the exclusive jurisdiction of the state and federal courts located in Salt Lake County, Utah, for any dispute arising out of or relating to these Terms or the Site.
